    西红柿真美

    西红柿放在油锅里炒一分钟,就会有汁水出来,作成西红柿丸子汤,鲜美无比。
    今天味蕾是实实在在地被它惊艳了一把。于是上了劲头,决心试着做酸汤鱼火锅。
    试试菜谱:
    1、西红柿洗净、切片;姜切块,拍开;香葱切段;蒜瓣拔好;鱼腥草切段;鲈鱼洗净,清除内脏、鳃、鳞,写成3cm宽的段;涪陵榨菜一包。
    2、中火加热炒锅中的油至5成热,加入葱段、姜、蒜炒香,加入西红柿炒2分钟,加入开水,调入盐、少许胡椒粉。
    3、火锅中加入鱼腥草、榨菜、鱼,大火煮至鱼熟即可。
    4、银丝粉、藕片、土豆、豌豆尖作为食鱼后配菜。超过三名以上食客可补充鱼肉、红萝卜猪肉丸子。
